While I was out taking my evening Internet constitutional the other day I stumbled upon this little gem at http://www.earthmatrix.com/sciencetoday/speed_light_nineveh_number.html , fascinating stuff but the author had clearly not cottoned on to the even more impressive discovery that he had unearthed.
The original article notes the strange coincidence that the modern day speed of light 299792.458 kilometers/second has an uncanny link to an ancient number.
Taking the digits of the modern measurement and multiplying them together gives 2 * 9 * 9 * 7 * 9 * 2 * 4 * 5 * 8 = 3265920.
multiplying this number by the mystical values of 2 then 3 gives 3265920 * 2 * 3 = 19595520 ...... which just happens to be one of the ancient Nineveh Fractal Numbers 1959552c.

However, please do not pick your jaw up from the floor just yet, there's more. The numbers used for the speed of light are a result of the units in which we measure the speed, in this case kilometers per second, the implications are staggering - the anciant Baylonian numerologists clearly knew, many centuries ago, about the kilometer (and by implication the meter) and used it in their measurments and calculations about the physical universe. So we now have some bigger questions to answer. Supposedly the meter was "invented" in 1791 when a definition was adopted by the French Academy of Sciences as being one ten millionth of the length of the earth's meridian measured along a quadrant, it is now clear that the measure was known about in certain circles for many centuries. What mystic global conspiracy managed to keep this knowledge secret for so long and then managed to reveal it in such a subtle way that we use the measure so freely today without seeing the historical truth?
Note to self: Look at Knights Templar usage of the meter in secret writing.
